一 | 大连8月22日电 (记者 杨毅)记者22日从大连机场获悉，8月20日，大连机场单日旅客吞吐量80440人次，这是大连机场单日旅客吞吐量首次突破8万人次。 暑运启动以来，大连国际机场运输生产保持强劲发展态势，7月1日至8月20日，大连国际机场完成航班起降2.5万架次、旅客吞吐量374.8万人次；航班架次每日平均487架次，旅客吞吐量每日平均7.35万人次。 (ECNS) -- Henan Province has introduced measures to encourage employees to take paid annual leave, aiming to make paid leave easier to take while boosting tourism and consumption. A notice jointly issued by six provincial departments requires government officials in leadership positions to set an example in using their leave and calls for employees to take their full annual leave entitlement. Employers unable to arrange leave due to work needs must pay compensation equal to 300% of daily wages for unused days. The policy applies to all employees with more than 12 months of continuous service, giving priority to those with special needs, including pregnant or breastfeeding women, caregivers of elderly relatives, parents of minors and migrant workers living away from home. The notice also encourages combining annual leave with weekends, public holidays and school vacations to create longer breaks of three to seven days.
