原标题：大连以重点领域攻坚助推营商环境优化2022年以来，大连市围绕市场主体反映集中、问题乱象突出的行业领域，重点发力、攻坚突破，彻查破坏营商环境背后的责任问题、腐败问题、作风问题，以重点领域典型案件的迅速查办形成突破，一体推进全行业的问题整改、治理提升，带动全市营商环境优化。截至8月末，全市纪检监察机关共处置相关问题线索548件，立案查处614人，党纪政务处分467人。    Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru entered into wedlock on Monday (December 1). It is a purification or refinement of the five fundamental elements – earth, air, fire, water and space – within a human system. Shilpa adds that the beauty and profoundness of the ceremony is that it allows couples to enter into a union on an elemental level, beyond physical and emotional bonding seeker a deeper foundational unity. She describes that Bhutha Shuddi Vivaha is just not limited to first-time couples but people whether previously married or already married can also opt for such a ceremony to ‘renew vows.’According to Shilpa, Bhutha Shuddi Vivaha is an energetic process and has a subtle but powerful influence on everyone present. She says that the ancient yogic tradition of Vivaha (wedding) aligns the union of a couple on an elemental, energetic and spiritual level. One can experience a deep stillness, sense of expansion and emotion at such events, she adds.                    Wedding festivities     The wedding festivities kicked off from as early as 6 am on Monday. From the floral decorations to the rituals to be performed, Shilpa gave an inside view of how a wedding at Linga Bhairavi temple at Isha Foundation looked like. Shilpa also shared the wedding gifts (Vivaha Kanukalu in Telugu) for the people who attended the event. 二 | 工程建设领域资金集中、体量大、环节多，市场主体反映集中、市民群众高度关注。大连市纪委监委在工程建设领域开展专项整治，深入查处利益勾连、暗箱操作、串标围标等违纪违法问题。大连市住房和城乡建设局原党组书记、局长马成恩，原副局长孙宏伟；大连市城管局原副局长李广波等系列“大要案”先后被突破，建设领域市场环境得到有效净化。大连市纪检监察机关还聚焦政法、金融、开发区等领域，持续开展专项整治，深挖背后问题线索，一批有分量的违纪违法案件先后被查，在全市形成强力震慑。

三 | 在政法领域，严肃查处了旅顺口区检察院原检察长郭长鹏利用职务便利为他人谋取利益并非法收受财物问题。在开发区领域，查处了大连金普新区管委会原副主任王长义严重违纪违法问题。“12345”是大连市重点打造的便民服务热线，为准确掌握企业群众诉求、精准发现背后问题线索，大连市纪委监委与市营商局建立起信息共享、定期会商、线索移送等协同机制。市营商局对照监督行动重点清单，定期梳理分析热线受理投诉情况，对涉及公职人员违规违纪问题，以及相关部门在办理投诉过程中推诿扯皮、失职失责等问题，及时移送纪检监察机关查处。今年3月开始，大连市纪委监委还先后与市政协机关、市工商联等建立协同监督机制，在全市选设163家企业监测点，以问卷、走访、座谈等形式，发现破坏营商环境问题5395个，已督促解决5255个。
