With these additions, the number of countries covered by China’s 240-hour transit visa-free policy rise to 57, while the 30-day visa-free entry policy for south China’s Hainan Province cover citizens of 61 countries. Kyrgyz and Vietnamese citizens with ordinary passports and confirmed onward tickets may enter through 65 designated ports, including Beijing and Shanghai, and stay up to 240 hours in approved areas. They may also enter Hainan visa-free and remain within the province for up to 30 days. Travelers entering China under the two visa-free policies may engage in short-term activities such as tourism, business, visiting relatives and friends. 据了解，该网友在拆解新购入的二手电脑时发现了这块被打孔的硬盘，该硬盘是一块典型的SATA接口固态硬盘，主要由主控芯片和数颗NAND闪存芯片组成，其外壳正反两面均有一个贯穿圆孔，并被电工胶带覆盖。
根据调查，该电脑此前属于一家负责账单业务的小型企业，推测原主人的意图是通过物理破坏来彻底销毁存储在内的财务数据。 但原主人不知道的是，这种源自机械硬盘时代的销毁方式对固态硬盘几乎无效，与拥有大面积连续记录盘片的机械硬盘不同，固态硬盘的数据高度集中在独立的NAND闪存芯片中。
只要钻头没有直接命中并物理损毁所有闪存颗粒，残存芯片中的数据依然可以通过专业手段进行提取或恢复。
从照片来看，该硬盘的打孔位置恰好避开了主要的闪存分布区域，内部PCB的主控与闪存链路似乎并未断裂，其读写功能基本保持了出厂状态，二手电脑经销商在回收后，已成功在这块受损的硬盘上重新安装了Windows系统并正常交付。 这意味着原本试图销毁的敏感信息可能依然完整地保留在未受损的颗粒中，且随时面临泄露风险。
目前该网友正考虑对硬盘进行深度数据恢复，以验证原主人的数据是否依然可读。
