C | “过去村里留守老人多，独自在家吃饭多是凑合一口。”村党支部书记胡宗权介绍，为解决这个问题，经村“两委”决定，办起了全县第一个孝老食堂。热腾腾的饭菜暖了老人的心，更聚起了民心。如今，这里从单一助餐拓展出助浴、助洗、免费体检、义务理发等服务，功能齐全。辛集市则在103家“老年食堂”的基础上，结合群众实际需求，配备便民服务和文体活动设施，将其逐一打造成“爱心小院”。这些“爱心小院”各具特色、各有所长。宁晋县河渠镇依托工笔画产业，为残疾人搭建起一个集“培训、孵化、服务”于一体的“助残爱心小院”。00后轮椅女孩李娜是这间爱心小院的常客。“这里有专业老师手把手教，从勾线到上色都能接受系统授课指导。现在，我每月靠创作就有稳定收入，还能照顾家人。

E | 在这里，全国学雷锋志愿服务最美志愿者孟凡领用通俗易懂的语言向居民宣讲党的方针政策。几把椅子、几句家常，党的创新理论就这样“飞入寻常百姓家”。“爱心小院”正在悄然改变着乡风。在青县，清州镇胡白庄村“帮大姐爱心小院”里，刘凤英热心为村民调解矛盾；陈嘴乡张二庄村“美容美发爱心小院”中，赵丽义务为村里75周岁以上老人理发……这些“爱心小院”的负责人，都是群众身边的热心人。在他们的带动下，许多村庄（社区）好人好事蔚然成风。“群众需要什么，‘爱心小院’就提供什么。”青县县委宣传部相关负责人介绍，全县已建成400多个“爱心小院”，实现村村覆盖，真正做到了接地气、聚人气。为了保障各地“爱心小院”既服务好又运营好，各地积极引导公益慈善组织、爱心企业等社会力量参与到小院建设中。小院虽小，装的却是民生大事，守护着乡村群众幸福生活。据悉，省将不断整合资源，将“爱心小院”的服务从单一生活照料向身心关怀延伸，管理模式从政府包办向多元共治转型，社会效应从个体受益向社会辐射，持续扩大服务覆盖面，构建起文明和谐的乡村新气象。（日报记者 高 珊）。
