二 | 老人表示，想同儿子一起办理护照，去韩国探望亲人。面对此情况，出入境管理局立即为其开通“绿色通道”，考虑到老人年事已高、行动不便，还安排两名辅警全程陪同予以优先办理。 首先，民辅警帮助老人来到照相室采集证件照片，期间细心为其调整位置、整理服装，随后又帮助老人填写护照申请表，最后到受理窗口为其办理证件。由于老人患病，右手无法签字，民辅警只好帮助老人用左手签字，经过多次尝试后终于签字成功。为方便老人采集指纹信息，民辅警还将指纹仪从受理台挪到老人面前，全程不到10分钟就为老人完成办理证件所有程序。
三 | 随后，民辅警又帮助安先生办理了护照申请，还帮助他把母亲送到楼下，告知他们回家等候即可，护照制作完成后会电话联系他们。民辅警的暖心服务和高效的办证效率，赢得老人及家属高度赞誉。 群众的事再小都是大事，出入境管理局始终秉持这样的服务理念，不断优化服务流程，打造有态度、有速度、有温度的出入境服务，为办证群众提供尽可能多样化、人性化的服务，有力提升了群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感。
