A | A 5.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Haixi Prefecture of northwest China's Qinghai Province at 5:36 a.m. on Wednesday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC). The epicenter was monitored at 37.81 degrees north latitude and 95.63 degrees east longitude. The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km, the center said.

C | 信用卡分期贴息的比例为年化1个百分点，且最高不超过办理相应信用卡分期业务时约定的折算年化利率的50%。 多家银行还明确，无论是个人消费贷款还是信用卡分期贴息，都不需要单独申请，银行识别是真实、合规的消费后，就能直接享受贴息。银行办理贴息服务不收取服务费。
