Those competing in badminton, 3x3 basketball, cycling, taekwondo and triathlon can get ranking points that allow them to qualify. 二 | 原来，75岁的王东来前一天晚饭后出门遛弯儿，不小心扭伤脚踝，行动不便，不愿麻烦村干部和志愿者，就在屋里静养。“本想忍一忍就过去了，没想到还是被你们发现了。”了解完情况，王少山搀扶他去村卫生室检查处理。丛丽丽是咋知道老人一上午没出屋的？答案就在王东来家院墙上静静运转的智能监控上。今年，在桃城区委社会工作部、区民政局指导下，衡水红色朝阳爱心互助协会启动建设“情系桑榆——360远程室外监控监测帮扶”公益项目。“经过前期走访调研，我们筛选出需要帮扶的首批80户独居老人，免费为他们安装了智能监控，覆盖4个乡镇22个村。王东来是首批安装智能监控的老人之一。”衡水红色朝阳爱心互助协会负责人彭志国说，他们还安排了志愿者进行一对一看护，确保老人出现问题能及时施救。这套智能监控设备就像一名24小时在岗的专属看护员，可实时监测老人长时间未出屋、居家静止、意外跌倒等异常状态，还能隔空对话。

三 | 一旦捕捉到老人有险情，预警信息会直接推送到志愿者手机上。

四 | “我无儿无女，岁数大了，就怕摔倒磕碰没人知道。现在有这个‘看护员’守着，心里踏实多了。

五 | ”王东来说。这种踏实感，王少山也深有感触。以往每逢雨雪天气，他总惦记着到村里的独居老人家转转，但难免有顾及不到的地方。“现在，智能监控全天候在岗，实时盯守老人居家状态，有啥事大家很快就能知道。”王少山说。有了全天候看护，服务也得跟上。衡水红色朝阳爱心互助协会联合村镇干部，组建了信息汇报、应急救助、日常探访、设备维护四支志愿服务队伍，专门建起帮扶调度微信群。哪里出现异常，群里同步信息，对发现的问题马上响应。（日报记者 焦 磊）。
