A | 디지털엑스 임직원 초청 행사서 강연 박현주 미래에셋그룹 회장이 26일 서울 포시즌스호텔에서 열린 디지털엑스 임직원 초청 행사에서 강연을 하고 있다. 미래에셋증권 제공"단순히 주식이나 코인을 사고파는 세상은 5년 안에 없어질 겁니다. 앞으로 삼성전자, SK하이닉스 같은 대형주를 잘게 나눠서 토큰화하거나, 전기·금 등 실물자산을 코인과 연계하는 등 자산 간 경계가 허물어지는 시대가 올 겁니다."박현주 미래에셋그룹 회장 겸 글로벌전략가(GSO·사진)는 26일 서울 광화문 포시즌스호텔에서 열린 디지털엑스 임직원 초청 행사에서 이렇게 말했다. 디지털엑스는 국내 4위 가상자산거래소 '코빗'의 운영사로, 올 7월 미래에셋그룹에 최종 인수됐다. 이번 행사는 미래에셋그룹의 품에 안긴 디지털엑스의 새 출발을 기념하고, 그룹의 중장기적 비전을 공유하기 위해 박 회장이 직접 마련했다.이날 박 회장은 '미래에셋 3.0' 체제에서 디지털엑스가 맡게 될 핵심 역할과 향후 사업 방향 등을 공유했다. 그는 "투자란 것은 고정관념에서 벗어난 새로운 사고 전환이 필요하다"며 "디지털엑스를 통해 크립토(암호화폐)뿐 아니라, 스테이블코인, 실물연계자산(RWA), 토큰증권(STO) 등을 아우르는 디지털 금융 인프라를 구축할 것"이라고 했다.특히 박 회장은 전통자산과 디지털자산을 융합하는 RWA를 강조했다. 그는 "비트코인을 '디지털 금'이라고 하지만 만져본 적이 없지 않냐"며 "최근 각국 중앙은행이 금을 매입하고 있는데, 실물 금을 기반으로 '디지털 금 코인'을 20조~30조원 규모로 형성하면 투자자에게 엄청난 기회가 될 것"이라고 했다. 이어 "AI 시대에 전기가 가장 중요해지면서 가격이 상승할 텐데, 이를 기반으로 '전기 코인'을 발행하면 전기료 상승 가치를 담아낼 수 있다"고 덧붙였다. STO에 대해서도 "반드시 가야 하고, 갈 수밖에 없는 시장"이라고 말했다. 그는 "삼성전자 등 대형주를 슬라이싱해서 STO로 내놓으면 어마어마한 시장이 열릴 것"이라고 했다.박 회장은 "현재 1500조원 규모의 미래에셋그룹 고객 자산 중 150조원 이상을 디지털 자산으로 전환할 것"이라고도 강조했다. 이에 따라 지난해 154억원의 손실을 냈던 디지털엑스가 흑자 전환할 것으로 봤다. 디지털엑스의 자본 확충 방안과 관련해선 "내년 1분기 2000억~3000억원 규모의 제3자배정 유상증자를 시행할 것"이라고 했다.박 회장은 이날 행사에서 최근 국내 증시에 대한 관점도 공유했다. 그는 "한국의 자본시장은 이미 세계 5위 규모로 성장했다"며 "투자자는 주가가 1000~2000원 떨어지는 것을 두려워하기보다 장기적인 기업의 펀더멘털을 믿고 봐야 한다"고 했다. 삼성전자가 대규모 주주환원책을 내놓고도 주가가 하락한 것에 관해서는 "배당도 중요하지만, 결국엔 자본을 축적해 미래에 과감하게 투자하는 회사가 잘되는 것"이라고 강조했다.미래에셋그룹이 선제적으로 투자한 스페이스X와 관련해선 "유니크함과 혁신을 모두 갖춘 회사"라며 "새틀라이트(위성) 사업뿐 아니라, AI 데이터센터 임대 등으로 연말에 흑자를 낼 것으로 기대한다"고 했다. 미래에셋증권은 스페이스X 지분 투자 효과로 올 2분기 1조9052억원에 달하는 순이익을 기록했다. 증권사 1위는 물론, 신한·국민·하나·우리·농협 등 5대 시중은행의 이익마저 제쳤다.。

An expert highlighted the involvement of China's J-10C fighter jet, saying it again demonstrates the aircraft's maturity and combat capability.
The two sides will conduct training in a range of areas, including force deployment, joint air defense and humanitarian medical rescue, according to the report.
China's Y-20 transport aircraft, J-10C fighter jet and J-10S fighter-trainer, and JAS 39 Gripen fighter jet and Alpha Jet light attack/trainer aircraft from Thailand participate in a drill in a video posted by CCTV.
In terms of aircraft configuration, the J-10C is one of the PLA Air Force's main combat assets.
Its deployment overseas once again demonstrates its mature and reliable combat capability, Wang Yanan, editor-in-chief of Aerospace Knowledge magazine, told the Global Times on Thursday.
The Y-20 undertakes large-scale transport missions, ensuring the long-range delivery of air defense equipment, aviation materials and other technical support needed for the exercise.
The combination of fighter jets, early warning aircraft, tankers and large transport aircraft forms a complete small-scale overseas deployment and combat validation system, the expert said.
In terms of exercise subjects, joint air defense holds practical significance in the current international context, as low-altitude or medium-to-high-altitude, low-speed or high-speed targets pose significant threats to cities and specific protected assets, Wang said.
Through the joint air defense drills, China and Thailand can further coordinate task allocation and target identification, as well as strengthen coordination between different participating forces.
Humanitarian relief is a routine subject in which the Chinese military has long participated and accumulated considerable experience.
This joint exercise not only tests long-range delivery and deployment capabilities but also reflects the practical defense cooperation between the two countries, Wang added.
In July, Jiang Bin, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense, said China will send multiple types of aircraft and units to the exercise, including ground-based air defense forces to the joint air exercise, per the Xinhua News Agency.
The two sides will carry out air defense, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief exercises, Jiang added.
It is the ninth training event of its kind between the two air forces and is aimed at further deepening traditional friendship and practical cooperation between China and Thailand, he said.
More broadly, Wang said, recent joint exercises between the PLA Air Force and foreign militaries have yielded multiple benefits, primarily on two levels.
"First, they lay the groundwork for potential future joint operations. Second, joint exercises themselves contribute to regional stability," he said.
"When friendly countries in the region reach consensus on security issues and conduct regular military cooperation, it has a stabilizing effect on regional security."
This exercise marks the fifth consecutive year that China and Thailand hold the "Falcon Strike" series joint air force training in Thailand.
