五 | 据中诚信国际9月2日的公告，近日，由远洋资本提供担保、公司间接全资控股股东远洋资本控股有限公司向澳门国际银行股份有限公司获取的2000万美元借款到期，该笔借款未能按期归还，截至目前处于逾期状态，公司与澳门国际银行股份有限公司正进行协商，尚未达成一致。

七 | 5月，据中国银行间市场交易商协会消息，远洋集团将定向发行2022-2024年度债务融资工具，发行金额为30亿元，品种为定向发行债务融资工具(PPN)，目前项目状态已更新为“完成注册”。更早前的4月21日，远洋集团宣布，公司发行2025年到期的2亿美元增信绿色票据，年息率3.8%，用于偿还一年内到期的中长期外债。与此同时，远洋集团还在处置资产换取更多现金。6月14日，澎湃新闻曾报道，位于北京市丰台区丽泽商务区的远洋锐中心项目已经出售，交易金额50.15亿元，交易对手为项目合作方中国平安人寿保险股份有限公司。
