C | 广州南沙综保区超两万片液晶显示面板完成保税维修再生产并出口南美和东南亚，新模式为再加工企业压缩近50%经营成本。　　新政支持重大装备无需实际进出综保区即可享受保税融资租赁政策。海关立足异地委托监管制度框架，搭建跨关区协同监管通道，降低了飞机进口的物流成本、缩短交付周期，有效赋能航空融资租赁产业发展。前7个月，深圳前海、广州南沙、白云机场综保区累计完成飞机保税租赁异地委托监管业务38架次，累计货值超150亿元。
